Thank you for choosing our Auto Shut Timer-Based Cooking LPG Glass Top Cooktop from White Swan.
This appliance must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. During installation, the engineer should ensure that they follow the operational installation instructions/guidelines as specified in the user manual.
The product is covered under a one-year warranty period for any manufacturing defects only. However, please note that this warranty does not cover defects or fatal accidents caused by mishandling or malfunction of the gas stove by the user. The company cannot be held responsible in any manner for such fatal accidents resulting from user negligence.
In the case of any manufacturing defect, if the user reports the issue to the company, they will be required to produce the warranty card provided with this manual at the time of the engineer’s visit.

• Do not try to modify the appliance.
• This appliance must be installed by an authorized technician.
• Read all the instructions carefully and thoroughly.
• Charge your cooktop regularly, keep your charger handy.
• Check the dimensions of the cooktop and your cooking platform before installation.
• Close supervision is necessary when your cooktop is used with children around.
• Ensure that the cooktop and the gas cylinder valves are turned off when the cooktop is not in use.
• If the gas leaks are felt, turn off the gas valve of the cylinder, open all the doors and windows, do not touch or turn on any
electronic device or switch and immediately call your gas supply agent.
• Keep inflammable substances away from the cooktop always.


installation instructions
installation
- While unpacking, make sure that all other parts of the gas stove are included and not damaged (try to take pictures while unpacking).
- Please ensure that any tied ribbons or unwanted plugs/closures are removed if found.
- Place all gas control knobs/switches onto the gas cock stems by pushing them firmly inside (only required if knobs are packed separately).
positioning
- The appliance shall be installed in a well-ventilated place at all times; there must be 1 foot of empty space on the sides and 3 feet above it.
- Ensure that the gas hose (pipe) and charging cable are installed in such a way that they don’t touch or tangle with any part of the cooktop.
- Attach the rubber legs to the gas stove by turning it upside down and fitting them into the openings provided.
- Place the burners properly and remove any ribbons tied to them.
- Now, place the pan-support (stand) on the top properly in the space provided.
- Push the rubber hose onto the gas nozzle. Ensure not to use vinyl plastic or non-standardized hoses as they can be very dangerous.
- Before turning on the flame, ensure there is no leakage at joints, and there are no loops in the gas hose (cord/pipe).

- After installation, please dispose of all packaging with due regard for environmental safety.
- When disposing of the old appliance, contact us for our product or the relevant authority for other brands for environmentally safe recycling/reuse of the disposed product.
- When disposing of this product, take responsible measures to avoid disposing of it with other household waste and promote its recycling for the sustainable reuse of material resources.

- Charge your gas stove for 12 hours before first use.
- It is ready to use and compatible with liquefied petroleum gas only (LPG connection and PNG).
- Use a standard (ISI marked) rubber hose meant for LPG stoves.
- To be used for cooking purposes only.
- The manufacturer declines any liability if these safety measures are not observed.

In case of gas seems to leak take following steps

- Do not use, touch, or turn on any other electrical appliances or plugs.
- Do not use the telephone nearby; instead, use it outside the place.
- Make sure not to use the product and immediately turn off the main gas supply valve.
- Do not charge your stove if you suspect any leakage.
- Contact our service center.

- The appliance is designed for operation by adults only.
- This appliance is strictly intended for use by individuals with the physical, mental, and sensory capabilities, or knowledge and experience necessary for safe operation. It should not be used by those who lack such capabilities, knowledge, or experience, unless supervised or instructed by a responsible person.
during the use of device
- Use this device exclusively for cooking purposes.
- Do not attempt to modify the appliance, as it is not designed to operate with any external timer/remote system.
- Avoid using the appliance with wet hands.
- Never place hot utensils directly on the glass surface of the stove to prevent appliance damage and accidents.
- Ensure the charging plug remains away from water, fire, or flames.
- Confirm that gas control knobs and the switch (black one) are in the ‘off’ and ‘O’ position when not in use to conserve energy and prevent unnecessary battery usage.
- Regularly check the device battery status using the provided red and blue indicators to avoid interruptions while cooking.
cleaning and service
- Avoid using caustic and abrasive cleaning agents.
- Always turn off the main gas supply valve while cleaning the stove.
- Regularly clean the burners to prevent clogging, blockage, and ensure a proper cooking flame.
- Check the gas tube regularly for wear and tear or leaks.
- Use only the burner cleaner pin for cleaning the holes; avoid using any other pin.
- If you wash the burners for cleaning, make sure to wipe them with a dry cloth before fixing them again. (Burners must be properly dry for a proper flame and ignition.)
- Clean the stainless-steel spill tray and glass top with a dry, soft cloth, soap, and warm water.
- Clean the pan support separately in water and dry them before use.
- Do not use a wet cloth for cleaning the operating panel.

- Ensure the diameter of the bottom of the pan corresponds to that of the burner.
- Avoid using cookware that extends beyond the edge of the burner.
- Ensure the flame never rises on the sides of the cookware.
- Use appropriately sized vessels to prevent gas wastage and discoloration of cookware.
- Always cover the lid while cooking to minimize energy wastage.
- Prefer vessels with flat and thick bottoms for optimal cooking.
- Avoid placing hot vessels directly on the glass top of the appliance.
- Properly position the vessel on the pan support to maintain balance during cooking.
- Handle cookware with care when placed on the burner.
- It is highly recommended to use gas tandoor/oven on specially designed, standardized pan support available separately in the market.
cleaning and maintenance
- Cleaning operations should only be undertaken when the appliance is completely cool.
- Disconnect the appliance from the charging source before initiating any cleaning.
- Regularly clean the appliance, preferably after each use.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or sharp objects as they can damage the surface of your appliance.
- Always use a soft cloth, water, and neutral detergents only.

- Remove the pan support and burners from the stove and wash them with a cloth and warm water. (It’s advised to soak them in water and dishwashing soap before cleaning.)
- Ensure the pan support and burners are fully dry before fitting them back onto the stove.
- Use the burner cleaner pin exclusively for each hole to remove any blockages.

- Wipe the top regularly using a soft cloth dipped in warm water and a small amount of washing up liquid.
- Thoroughly dry the glass top surface with a dry cloth.
- Due to high temperatures, the stainless-steel parts could become discolored, so they must be cleaned regularly.

- Regularly charge your gas stove and keep your charger easily accessible.
- Before installation, verify the dimensions of the stove and your cooking platform.

- Always turn off the gas stove and gas cylinder valves when not in use.
- If you detect gas leaks, turn off the gas valve, open doors and windows, refrain from using electronic devices, and promptly contact your gas supply agent.
- Keep flammable substances away from the stove at all times.

operational instructions

how to use
- Turn on the gas valve on the cylinder to supply gas to the stove.
- Select the mode of operation using the MAIN/OFF/TIMER switch based on your requirement.
- If you want to use your gas stove in manual-classical mode, press the MAIN/OFF/TIMER switch upward, and the red indicator on the panel will glow.
- If you prefer to use your stove in auto shut-timer-based modern mode, press the MAIN/OFF/TIMER switch downward, and the timer display screen will turn on.
- Using the timer control knob, set the preferred time (1-99 minutes) by turning it clockwise.
- Press the small yellow time on/off/reset button to activate the timer, and you will see the green indicator on the panel glow.
- Push the gas control knob inward and turn it towards the ‘ON’ position, then ignite the burner with a matchstick or a gas lighter.
- During the initial use, the burner may not light immediately due to air in the gas control hose. In this scenario, wait, turn off the gas control knob, and try again.
- To regulate the flame, continue turning the gas control knob anti-clockwise, from high to low, until the flame reaches a suitable level.
- To turn off the burner, turn the gas control knob fully clockwise to the ‘OFF’ position.
- If the appliance is not in use, make sure to keep the three-way switch in the ‘off’ position.

troubleshooting tips

Badly ignites | Burner not inserted properly. Burner is wet. Burner holes are clogged. |
-Turn off the gas and place the burner properly (do not touch with hands if hot). -Wipe the burner with a cloth and use them once properly dry. -Clean the holes with a cleaning pin. |
Noise when combusted or ignited | Burners are not properly assembled. | -Assemble the burners properly. |
Smell of Gas | Gas Leakage from pipe. Rubber tube is damaged. Control valves are open. Defective cylinder. |
-Examine the pipe using soap water replace it if necessary. -Replace the ISI Marked rubber tube. -Check and close the control valve. Replace the cylinder. |
Flame is yellow or extinguishes in a low position | Flame ports are clogged. Burner is not in the correct position. |
-Clean the ports(holes). -Place the burner in the right position. |
Red/green indicators and display not working | Switch might not be on properly. Battery is not charged. | -Once again, bring the switch to OFF and then press on manual or timer mode. -Plug in the charger into the charging port and switch the wall jack button. -You can then enjoy cooking. |

Note: Sometimes, while lighting the burner with a gas lighter, sparks may enter the burner head through the burner ports (holes), causing gas to ignite inside the mixing tube. This is not a defect. It is advised to adjust the angle of the lighter for lighting the gas stove. If you are still unable to resolve the issue, cease using the stove, turn it off, and promptly call customer care.
